Entry is open to all academic staff and students from universities, polytechnic, institutes, colleges, and schools (local and international).

Limited to FIVE (5) members per team, including the team leader.

Submission is open to ENGLISH, BAHASA MELAYU & ARABIC. However, for Arabic, innovation title must be written in either English or Bahasa Melayu.

Only registrations with Abstract/Extended Abstract and PAID FEES will be processed and recognised as participants (to be provided with the e-certificate of participation).

The e-certificate will include all group members (no individual name or separate certificate will be provided) 

An e-certificate will be prepared based on the registration details (changing names/details of the project will not be entertained).

Abstract (250 words).

Extended Abstract (Maximum 2000 words or 5 pages including references).

Extended abstract will be published in the SUSED 2026 e-Proceedings.

Video submission is limited to 3 to 5 minutes only.

Fee: 100MYR/30USD for all categories.

Every entry/group is eligible to win at least a bronze award.

An additional medal is RM30/10USD per medal (should be paid together with the payment fee, in the same transaction & receipt). Once the registration is closed, any request for additional medal will not be entertained.

The Best of the Best Award for each category will get a special plaque.

The organisers have the right to reject any entries if deemed unsuitable for the competition.
